In order to energise this business further, we are looking to get an energetic, numbers driven, original thinker to join the team. - They are looking for an analyst/senior analyst with 3-5 years of experience or an associate/senior associate with 5-8 years of experience. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: i) Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including clients Memoranda, Management Presentations, and Pitch Books. ii) The candidate shall be a part of end to end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/Buy-side mandates. iii) Conducting research. Analyzing companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry prospective. Build financial models in order to structure a deal that meets clients requirements and is within the existing regulatory framework. iv) Tracking market trends and opportunities and identifying prospective clients / markets requiring financial or business advice v) Developing, enhancing and maintains relationships with existing and new clients to ensure revenue / profit targets are met / exceeded. vi) Reviewing and analyzing Investment banking transactions taking place in the larger ecosystem. vii) Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, working closely with Middle/Senior management teams. viii) Supporting the Head of Investment Banking in Developing the strategy for the business Does this sound like you?
