Asha Impact - Manager - Finance & Operations - CA

The role will support the Head of Finance in multiple capacities including fund management, finance operations, secretarial reporting and compliance, investor relations and related matters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinating with Fund Administrators for current funds

- Ensuring timely and proper compliance with SEBI & RBI regulations

- Ensuring timely and proper compliance with Companies Act and secretarial compliance.

- Co-ordination for quarterly valuation of portfolio companies

- Quarterly and Annual reporting to investors and assisting in investor queries

- Working with portfolio companies on reporting, compliance and audit processes etc., as and when required.

- Co-ordinate with tax consultants, administrators, legal consultants, secretarial consultants for various matters pertaining to tax, accounting, secretarial, valuation and regulatory matters for new funds setup and management of existing funds

- Be abreast of recent regulatory changes and flag off any key changes with impact analysis to the management team as well as portfolio companies.

What we are looking for:

- Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of prior work experience

- Has knowledge of and worked in managing end to end finance including fund raising.

- Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

- Thorough, organized and attention to detail.

- High learning quotient and desire to grow.

- Company secretary qualification will be an added plus.

Management: This position will report to the Head of Finance. The candidate will be located at the Asha Ventures office in Mumbai, India.
