This is an opportunity to shape up OTC distribution in pharma ecosystem, the roles and responsibilities would be: - To own Revenue and profit of OTC business - To design strategy of growing OTC business to INR 500 Cr in 3 years and drive execution through City heads and Regional heads - To own complete P/L and hence will work very closely with Procurement team and OTC companies - To drive margin improvement Initiatives - To drive projects around trade marketing, digital marketing, B2B2C opportunities with various stake holder - To work with Cluster Heads and Unit teams to create and execute OTC sales play book - To create direct team as well as will work with Cluster heads and City heads and indirect teams at unit level Must have Skills/ Experience : - At-least 4 years of experience in FMCG or Similar industry sales - Should be Execution Oriented with an eye for detail - Strong people management skills - Strong Analytical bent of mind: Must believe technology is lever for Change Good to have Skills/ Experience : - A Mix of Offline and Online Sales experience is ideal - FMCG or Retail background is Desirable - Category head at Retail/ Ecommerce sector - Product head at FMCG sector - MBA in Marketing / Ops Preferred
