Job Summary Our Client is looking for Global B2B Marketing Analytics COE focused on delivering B2B Campaigns, analytics, Insights, and KPIs to stakeholders. - The B2B marketing data analyst will spend most of their time analyzing data that includes past trends, current conditions, projected, etc. Must be able to look at large chunks of data and understand trends, and then communicate those trends to the customer. - This position requires a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and the ability to logically maneuver through ambiguous business problems that may not have a clear solution. - You will need to evaluate approaches to data visualization which inform and enhance outcomes. This role will need to partner closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, define analytic solutions and utilize various tools to deliver required information and insights. - You will build dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to analyze and present data associated with campaign performance, customer experience, business operations, and strategic decision making. Responsibilities and Duties - Define data specifications and associated business logic to ensure reporting is accurate. - Assist with driving strategic and operational initiatives by managing business performance analytics and improvement projects. - Analysis of data to provide assessments of trends, to identify and explain variances from goals, between periods and across teams to identify possible performance issues or challenges. - Design and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to reliably communicate insights and analytics, which may include campaign key performance indicators (KPI) - Handle requests for ad-hoc analysis, reports, and dashboards - Provide advice and insight into different metrics, make recommendations on appropriate metrics for various campaigns and marketing channels - Own and validate the accuracy and completeness of any data captured through the end product - Automate reporting and data requests whenever possible - Explore and profile data, design and conduct an extensive analysis of performance trends and provide insightful business performance reporting - Analyze all aspects of the marketing, B2B internal and external data, performance metrics and quality, business situations - Collaborate with and present findings to various management levels - Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned - Applies descriptive analytics to analyze data and validate assumptions - Selects appropriate, relevant data and extracts from various internal and external sources. Manipulates raw data sets into information fit for analysis applying needed logic - May require additional information from subject matter expert - Contributes to the development of reporting to monitor business-critical results - Partners with team members to monitor data to recognize patterns and analyze trends - Provides required analysis, partnering with team members as needed - Presents analysis and recommendations to team members and manager - Successfully bridge analytics and business, ability to speak the language of both Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications - Bachelors degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) preferred - 5+ years of experience in a Data Visualization, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst role, preferably for a marketing organization - 5+ years of experience in extracting unstructured or structured data with strong programming ability in SQL, SAS - 5+ years of relevant work experience in research or business analytics preferred - Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau for full-stack data analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation - Working experience using Tableau, certification a plus - Hands-on experience in creating parameters complex calculated fields sets groups etc - You have good communication, social and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail - Strong time management skills with the ability to handle work to tight deadlines and the pressure of executive requests - Working knowledge of Insurance products/concepts preferred Competencies: - Mandatory Skills Required : SAS (5+ years of experience). - A team player with excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills - Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with business users and cross-functional technical teams - Adept at working in a diverse team setting and collaborating across functions and geographies - Excellent written and communication skills to report back finding in a structured, clear, simple way - Able to be independent and a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced matrixed environment - Strong execution skills and results-oriented approach Job Type: Full-time
