Analytics Saves at Work is looking for an experienced Data Scientist with extensive Marketing Mix Modelling experience to work with our client. They will be responsible for developing scalable solutions to complex real-world problems using Statistics, Econometrics, Machine Learning, Big Data, and Optimization. The goal is to drive evidence-based decision making by providing insights from data. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Understand and translate statistical models to address business problems 2. Work with team in the data synthesis process, solution design and creation of actionable insights, implications and recommendations to address business issues in the areas of marketing mix optimization, social/digital and other offline channels analytics 3. Provide high-end consulting to sharpen business strategy by implementing analytical models that support the realization of business objectives 4. Design and execute market mix optimization engagement based on historic data and develop sophisticated analytical frameworks 5. Develop KPI frameworks for evaluating the direct and indirect impacts of marketing campaigns. 6. Share new trends in marketing analytics with colleagues and also evolve one's own opinion on the concepts 7. Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve analytical processes 8. Should have experience in Project & client management. Technical Skillsets: 1. Understanding of the analytical models such as FRM, Attribution, Business Measurement, regressions, etc. 2. Time Series based forecasting modelling 3. Customer Relationship Management Analytics 4. Social/Digital analytics 5. Market Mix Modeling 6. Good technical depth with strong analytical/programming skills in Python and experience in Data Visualization using Tableau and Power BI Qualification & Experience: 1. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Analytical consulting domain (Agency, consulting or top technology company background or Marketing Firm in analytics space) 2. MBA from a premier institute with a quantitative emphasis is preferred. 3. Candidates should have significant hands-on experience with analytics projects using Machine Learning / advanced Statistical / Econometrics / Operation Research or related quantitative techniques across various functions 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills & Client result-oriented 5. Experience in communicating with Executives and clients
