Role Description: - Responsible for managing the Secretarial and Compliance function for the Company. Ensure that all relevant provisions of corporate law are complied with and provide legal advice and regular reporting on all such matters to relevant stakeholder. Roles &amp; Responsibility: - Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs); Responsible to maintain minutes and records for all the Board Meetings - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements - Advising the Board of Directors, Management on the applicable statutes - Drafting and vetting of the legal documents - Coordinating with Accounts and Finance Departments and handling and resolving the queries raised by the statutory auditors, internal auditors and secretarial auditors - Responsible for Company/s compliance of legal and procedural aspects under various corporate laws - Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries; monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action Desired Profile : - Qualified Company Secretary - Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience - Excellent knowledge about various laws, regulations and listed company compliances - Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly - Excellent Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts - Strong attention to detail - Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work Employment: Full Time
