Analytics Saves at Work is looking for an Assistant Manager Finance for one of our clients to join at their Mumbai Location. The responsibilities include day-to-day tasks in a financial department. They will be responsible for ensuring that the organization has their bookkeeping in order, updating financial records, processing invoices and also prepare expense reports. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: - Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Companies Act. - Maintaining and tracking Inter-Company Reconciliations and Global reporting. - Coordination of Statutory Audit / Internal Audit, TP audit and Tax audit. - Expense and Revenue booking and monitoring in the accounting ERP - Handling day to day and month-end activities, which includes end-to-end accounting and finalisation of P&amp;L. - Handsome knowledge of TDS, GST and preparation of monthly working. - Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, MIS and ad-hoc reports as required. - Preparation of Expenses reports at cost centre level - Any other accounting related work for the Company. Requirements: - CA fresher or 6 to 7 years of relevant experience post-B.Com/M.Com - Good working knowledge of ERP Accounting. - Good verbal and written presentation skills. - Operating Knowledge of Oracle - AP, AR, GL and FA Module. - Accuracy, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to maintain confidentiality in respect of information handled. - Excellent good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Possesses strong analytical skills to interpret and evaluate financial results effectively and efficiently.
