- Prepare marketing & branding objective and plan with specific reference to Digital mediums.
- Create Marketing, Branding & Communication strategies for Digital mediums like Social Media, SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Content Marketing, Bloggers, Email marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, Events, Experimental marketing through mobile apps/VR apps/AR and MR apps. Use of technology to build online tools, enhance customer experience
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including organic website enquiries, SEO/SEM, display advertising, lead generation campaigns, remarketing, intent marketing, programmatic, influencer marketing, community building
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use various analytical tools like Google Analytics etc. to monitor performance of various digital activities and generate insights and improve marketing strategy
- Track and maintain economical cost per enquiry, cost per qualified lead as also cost per converted order and use the insights to monitor spends and effectively use budgets or readjust spends and/or digital strategy
- Ensure execution of digital advertising campaigns from ideation to execution
- Develop experimental marketing tools by use of latest technologies (VR/AR) to showcase offerings for better customer experience
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Ensure brand sanctity in all our communication
- Build and ensure close relationship with various agencies and vendors
