- Ensure ZERO Defect product to Customer
- To fulfil customer voice in terms of technical requirement (Compliance to customer specific requirement in Projects segment)
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of the countermeasures (FIR & QPCR)
- Ensure timely execution of Product, Process, Site & System Audit
- Monitoring and control rejection - Inprocess & Incoming rejections
- Ensure Quality Gate adherance for new product development
- Sample evaluation during initial product development
- Ensure timely Supplier Quality Audits for new and regular suppliers
- Support Supplier upgradation Activities Benchmarking & Implementation of best practices in the company
- To spearhead all Process Excellence related activities
- Implementation of new initiatives as directed by Top Management / Consultant as per plan Conduct periodic review to ensure the sustenance of improvements
- To plan and develop the skill matrix of section's members as per roles and responsibility
- Ensure Total employees involvement Training and understanding of person to attend market claims
- Monitoring & control Cost of Poor Quality Monitoring & evaluate packing job standard to optimise packing cost vs rejections
- Preparation of annual , monthly production budget for consumables for Customer quality.
- To monitor & implement SOP's for safety so as to build safe working environment by ensuring adherence to safety norms.
