Role Name : Executive - Sales & Marketing

Role Purpose : Support function for Customer Issues, Pricing of new & existing projects

Reporting to : KAM South

Role Description : To handle activities of Existing & New program / projects

Responsibilities Heads : Pricing

KRA :

- Study of RFQ

- Preparation of quotation

A. Price Negotiation & Contract Finalization with customers.

B. Profitability review and price correction.

C. New Business Generation(acquire new business as per target) New project tracking

KPI :

- Timely acknowledgement of RFQ to customer

- Timely submission of NMD card & technical details to NMD

- Participation in feasibility meeting

- Profitability as per target.

- Timely preparation & updation of Project Summary Report for every new enquiry received

Responsibilities Heads : Development

KRA : Development of new projects

KPI : Timely submission of development plan to RO / Customer

Responsibilities Heads : Contracts

KRA :

- Study of BPA, confidentiality / NDA

- Study of PO / contracts

KPI :

- Timely resolution with legal team & respond to Customer

- Timely approval of PO / contract as per target

- Contract review of PO / PO amendment received from customer

- Acknowledgement of PO / LOI to customer

Responsibilities Heads : Customer Satisfaction

KRA : Increase customer satisfaction resulting in profitable and sustainable relationship with customer

KPI :

- Closing of open issues as per target

- VOC meeting

- Ensure smooth development of new projects

Responsibilities Heads : System adherence

KRA :

- To implement and maintain systems/processes like IATF 16949 & TQM

- Order to cash for smooth and firm development

KPI :

- Adherence to Internal systems

- Cross Functional Interaction

- Analytical Skills

REQUIREMENTs :

Knowledge :

- Computer Proficiency

- Basic understanding of the RFQ process of OEMs

- Acquainted with the negotiation process

- Engineering / Strong Science

Skills :

- Customer Relationship Management

- Negotiation Skills

- Communication(written & spoken)

- Proficiency in Computer(MS Office)

- Good Analytical Skills

Experience : 3+ years

Qualification : BE + MBA
