- Deal with plant of Auto NMD, VD, Supply Chain, MIS for related issues, get new RFQ, preparation of offer, capture new business from PAN India customers in PV, CV Vehicles

Responsibilities :
KRA (Key Result Areas) :
New Business Generation :
KRA1. Identify markets where AIS is not present, supported by Business Case study
KPI 1. Min. 2 case study/ annum, and ensuring penetration atleast in 1 segment
KRA 2. Contact customers, undertand requirements, in order to make AIS presence in new segment and generate RFQ
KPI 2. Number of new enquiries gathered
KRA 3. Competitor Study
KPI 3. Updation of Competitors on Regular basis
Pricing :
KRA 1 : Study of RFQ :
KPI 1 :
- Timely acknowledgement of RFQ
- Timely submission of NMD card & technical details to NMD
- Participation in feasibility meeting
KRA 2 : Preparation of quotation
KPI 2 : Timely preperation of offer as per the current input cost received Materials, VD & MIS
KRA 3 :
- Price negotiation & contract finalisation with customers. Profitability review & Price correction New business generation
KPI 3 :
- Profitability as per target to be negotiated along with Reporting Manager/ HOD'
- Sharing of business Win won with NMD for development
Products development status Tracking & MIS :
KRA 1 : Development & tracking of New projects
KPI 1 : Timely submission of development plan to Customer and ensuring periodical status update to customer
Contracts :
KRA 1 : Study of BPA confidentiality/NDA
KPI 1 : Timely resolution with legal team & respond to customer
KRA 2 : Study of PO/Contracts
KPI 2 :
- Timely approval of PO/contract as per target
- Contract review of PO/PO amendment received from customer
- Acknowledgement of PO/LOI from customer
Customer satisfaction :
KRA 1 : Increase customer satisfaction, resulting in profitable & sustainable relationship with customer
KPI 1 :
- Closing of open issues as per target
- VOC meeting
- Ensure smooth development of New projects and escalations if required if the delays are foreseen to ensure on time development
System Adherence :
KRA 1 : To implement & maintain system processes like TS16949 & TQM. Order to Cash for smooth & firm development
KPI 1 :
- Adherence to Internal systems
- Cross functional interaction
- Analytical skills
REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge :
1) Knowledge of INCO terms
2) Knowledge of Powerpoint/ MS Office
