Drive data-driven marketing campaigns to influence the funnel metrics. - Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Insights, Category and Supply Chain teams to connect with the right message and positioning with the customers. - Lead a young and dynamic outbound fintech growth tele-calling team of Arzooo to deliver exponential growth in the fintech products. - Set and track targets for the team and align them to the overall company targets - Mentor and guide the telesales team to increase sales and conversion. - Work closely with external partners (Lenders, Insurers etc.) to ensure smooth processing for financial products. Responsibilities: Business planning: - Formulate strategy for the fintech growth function for the organization across financial partners and customer segments. - Participate and lead functional reviews for business and lending partners on a periodic basis and recommend course correction wherever required. - Develop and execute detailed plans for the organization's growth function, including manpower, staffing, cost, geographic spread etc. - Ensure collections telesales and organizations distribution team are being supported with required guidance and plan capacities accordingly. - Implement steps for a reduction in function's expenses and reduce flow rates to a collection bucket. - Define growth targets for the team, and develop an action plan to achieve the set targets. - Scan the market, discuss with financial partners to identify best/innovative practices in growth and drive those initiatives to execution. - Ensure prudent geographic expansion of fintech product portfolio in line with business expansion to ensure front-end reach. - Set up processes to train and enable the distribution teams of businesses to promote fintech products to customers and prevent movement of customers into collections buckets. - Work with the rest of the business team to drive the business goals Partner management: - Work closely with finance partners (lenders, insurers, mutual funds etc.) to drive growth strategies and efficiencies. - Identify and onboard new partners and products - Periodically review the performance of partners and organization's channels and provide performance feedback to ensure desired target performance. Growth review: - Monitor growth metrics, identify issues/ challenges faced by growth teams in driving business and provide resolution for them. - Present team performance across metrics for review with senior management, deliberate on deviations, and seek inputs on a course correction, if required. - Set guidelines for the team in terms of approach to achieve targets and review their performance on a timely basis to ensure meeting of business goals. Team development: - Create a team manpower plan in line with business aspirations. - Participate in recruitment processes to identify the right talent for the various team positions in the growth function. - Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review the individual performance of the team. - Identify and create development opportunities, training, and induction sessions for the team members to ensure required functional and business knowledge. Required qualifications: - Graduates/Post Graduation from top tier institutes - Relevant work experience of 7-12 years with high growth startups/ fintech in India - Prior exposure to marketing, product, and project management. - Demonstrated ability to build and manage high growth teams - Experience in financial products/lending is a plus - Ability to lead in a cross-functional setup - Comfort with data - Excellent written/oral communication - Experience level 6 to 12 Years
