Roles and Responsibilities
The role holder shall be responsible for building sales pipelines, processes to achieve the company's revenues targets & managing sales operations in the designated region. S/He will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up & managing the complete business operations with accountability of profitability, forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & executing them in a given time frame
- Business planning /forecasting for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets in the designated zone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the zone
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies align with company goals and objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Looking only for candidates with experience in B2B sales of Large Electronic Appliances (TV, Refrigerators, Washing Machines etc.)
