About Arzooo Credit / Fintech vertical:

Arzooo Credit is the Fintech arm of Arzooo Group. The vertical is at a very nave stage and needs to be built from scratch to be able to offer the credit solutions/platforms to not only Arzooo's internal products but also for other Anchors. It is envisioned to be capable enough to cater to various needs of different products including B2B BNPL, Invoice Financing, PO financing and other supply chain finance, B2C consumer durable loans and BNPL, Secured and Unsecured Term loans, Cards, CC/OD, etc. The platform is envisioned to be capable enough to cater to various lenders irrespective of their tech systems: completely digital flows, completely manual flows, and anywhere in between.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product conceptualization and preparation of business requirement documents for Tech / Product team to consume for development of new features/addition of new lenders/platforms upgradation.

- Scout, Initiate, manage and scale Lending Partnerships with NBFCs and Banks as well as internal and external Anchor portals. Negotiate with lending partners for rates, PF, commission share, etc.

- Set up Risk analysis, Monitor and manage portfolio Risk. Prepare various portfolio views and take policy/process change decisions based on the portfolio performance data.

- Manage lending Programs for platform customers involving different state-holders such as sales, supply chain, customer support and lender's partnership, sales and operations teams.

- Strategize and oversee user Growth through the credit products, monitor the funnel and decide on strategies to improvise the conversion rate.

- End-to-end ownership of vertical P&L. Monitor and improvise revenue generation from lenders, dealers, etc. as well as control on costing of various aspects including manpower, service providers, subscriptions, etc.

Pre-requisites:

- Should have 7 to 12 years of Work experience.

- Should have worked with NBFC or Bank and have an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the functioning of an NBFC.

- Should have an eye for understanding Data, reading between the lines, and should have experience in taking data-based decisions.

- Should have experience with Advance Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of SQL/SAS is a plus.

- Go-getter personality with an ownership mind.

- Able to work and deliver under uncertainty and tight timelines.
