Aryakube Capital - Principal Officer/Head - Legal - BFSI - CS/LLB

Overall responsibility for legal & compliance (RBI, regulatory, secretarial, labour laws) for a well-funded non-deposit taking NBFC that is on a growth path.

The person shall assume overall responsibility for

(i) Legal documentation & litigations

(ii) Compliance: Tracking regulatory directions/guidenlines, framing policies & SOPs; and ensuring day to day compliance for all transactions; internal & external reporting; overall compliance (RBI, Companies Act, tax laws, labour & personnel laws).

The person shall be responsible for building a strong legal, regulatory & compliance function as the company progresses.

Requirements:

- CS + BA (LLB) qualifications

- 3 years + experience is mandatory

- NBFC/HFC/ARC experience is preferred, else experience in consulting firms with similar exposure

- Ability to manage a team comprising of in-house and outsourced resources

- Comfortable with spoken and written English

The role will initially report to the MD.
