You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of people and learn about a group of unique products to inform customers of specifications including price, usage, and complimentary merchandise. Job Responsibilities : - Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers - Maintain a log of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up - Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to advertise products more successfully - Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to the product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics - Identify barriers to commercialization and worth leadership to address issues Requirements : - Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide quarterly projections on a weekly basis. - Leverage business growth, engineering and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them. - Develop sales strategies to support the organization's growth strategy and objectives. - Working on go-to-market strategy with executive leadership across Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Enterprise Sales. - Provide leadership to direct sales team and rep network to ensure the achievement of sales revenue targets and profitability. - Coordinate and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly one on one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing - Develop expansion plans for newer territories and geographies working closely with industry experts, Solution Specialists and Marketing and incorporating the broader go-to-market plans for successful implementation of the strategies. - Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs. - Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide quarterly projections on a weekly basis. - Leverage business growth, engineering and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them. Ideal candidate profile should have : - Prior hard core sales experience, preferably on inside sales - Application sales preferred - Experience of selling/marketing in a B2B environment - Experience of selling technical products to CTOs/CIOs/ Risk and Analytics executives - Ability to set and meet targets - Experience levels of 2+ years preferably
