Arya.ai is founded by researchers from IIT Bombay and developed by scientists from Statistics, Nano-Tech, Bio-tech etc.   Responsibilities:  - Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide quarterly projections on a weekly basis.   - Leverage business growth, engineering and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them.   - Develop sales strategies to support the organization's growth strategy and objectives.  - Working on go-to-market strategy with executive leadership across Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Enterprise Sales.  - Provide leadership to direct sales team and rep network to ensure the achievement of sales revenue targets and profitability.  - Coordinate and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly one on one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing  - Create and execute a team augmentation plan for sales division  - Develop expansion plans for newer territories and geographies working closely with industry experts, Solution Specialists and Marketing and incorporating the broader go-to-market plans for successful implementation of the strategies.  - Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs.  - Keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide quarterly projections on a weekly basis.  Leverage business growth, engineering and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them.  Minimum qualifications  - Grad/Post Grads   - 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years of experience in the tech industry.  Preferred qualifications   - Deep understanding of platform as service marketplaces, as well as key players and technical factors driving the competitive landscape.   - Understanding of key application development technologies and frameworks.
