Compensation and Benefits manager would be responsible to conceptualize, design, institutionalize and implement initiatives related to Compensation & Benefits and policies related to these areas would play a key role in conceptualization, design & development of new and/or innovative compensation and benefits practices aimed at Employee Retention  - Design and Develop compensation & benefits frame work to support the overall company business objectives.  - Executing overall compensation management inclusive of annual appraisal cycle and compensation revision, compensation restructuring etc.  - Responsible for Revenue budget of Manpower, entire budgeting process - compensation and other HR budgets  - Benefits & Policies alignment - Share & Care Program, Health & Wellness Plan, Flex Benefit  - Formulated the Reward and Recognition Committee to review all schemes, Launch new categories of awards to motivate the employees.  - Designing & rollouts of incentive plans based on the business requirements.  - Designing and implemented fixed & variable compensation plans, retention bonus, and benefit policies.  HRIS - Involved in planning, designing and setting up HRIS system.  - Be part of the Project team for design & roll out of ERP - HR module across divisions  - Manage Payroll and Statutory compliance processes across organization
