- Three months Rolling Plan to check the current trend, forecast and execution plan
- Designing and Implementing different Perk & Incentive Plan for Store Operation to drive sale and motivate front end team.
- Design and driving, a platform to drive inter-store competition to recognize and reward the all-round performance of stores on all areas
- Involve into store audit process every season
- SAP implementation project team for successful transition of MIS in new BI system of SAP from MSTR
- Develop, Analyse and Monitor Sales, Operational and Financial Data to identify financial and business trends that inform and guide business group management decisions and operational planning.
- MIS and Data Management - Develop, Review and Strategise Organisational Goals & Objectives and its execution
- Sales, Stock and Markdown Management
- EOSS (End of Season Sales) Planning and Stock Movement
