Artivatic Data Labs - Presales Manager (2-5 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision of category-leading sales/agent/branch/distribution platforms and/or features for your target markets - including out of the box features, pre-built integrations, APIs, Technology, Data Science, Rules, Pricing, and process

- Expert project management, coordination, organization, team building, and communication abilities

- Create a large volume generating business line for the organization

- Build a long-term relationship by becoming a trusted client partner and ability to build a good network

- Drive product penetration through technology platforms to generate greater margins

- Discover insurance/health needs and requirements, determines customers' problem areas, and articulate recommended solution(s) or product(s)

- Generate lead's along with sales teams and convert prospects to customers.

- Create and deliver product demonstrations, including product overviews, detailed demonstrations, and client-driven proof-of-concept.

- Coordinates customer meetings and presentations in cooperation with other members of the sales team or related support functions

- Collect and document prospective customer requirements based on interactions with clients and work internally with Product and Engineering groups to create and refine the client presentations

- Support Sales through authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs

- Manage RFI/RFP responses and work with sales, services, engineering, product, and finance teams to ensure on-time completion and delivery to clients

- Support marketing initiatives through events, trade show activities, and marketing material development

- Provide estimations and project plans for the RFPs in discussion with product and delivery teams

- Delivery Transition: - Transitions the deal to the delivery team post successful conversion - explains the agreed scope and deliverables to the delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participates in the creation of handover plan and works with the delivery team during the handover period

- Work with the tech and design team to gather continuous feedback and refine your sales strategy. Enable them through collateral (Presentations, Explainer Videos, etc.)- Building Sales PPTs, sales collaterals, and send to clients

- Understanding of how a solution would work and potential challenges/possibilities engineering and other teams in a manner that they understand

Mandatory traits/ skills:

- Strong pre-sales, marketing background with B2B2 SaaS Products especially in the finance/insurance/health/payment sector

- Experience to give Product Demo, Client requirements understanding, and delivering, negotiating commercials, etc, Pitching products to insurance, brokers, distributors, and other customers

- Understanding of new-age technologies like AI, ML, NLP for the Insurance sector

- Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer, market, and regulatory demands

- Coordinates customer meetings and presentations in cooperation with other members of the sales team or related support functions

- Leadership - Ability to drive multiple teams (Engineering, Tech, Marketing & Customer Success) toward a common business and product outcome

- Data-driven with a knack for defining, tracking, and analyzing metrics

- Self-starter with the drive of a true hunter

- Motivated to build relationships with new customers and deliver new business

- Ownership and Accountabilities - For businesses as well as people

- Exceptional interpersonal skills that can result in impeccable trust, confidence, and results with partners, corporates, and teams

- Zeal to learn and gain experience of all stages of the opportunity

Qualifications

- BE-IT/Computers from a top college

- MBA from a business school/University degree

- Minimum 2-5 years of core pre-sales experience working in the Insurance/IT/BFSI domain
