Artifa.com - Head - Vendor Development/Sourcing

Artifa.com is an eCommerce Start-up working in Home-Decor space.

We provide an online platform to buy curated Home decor, Handicrafts and Art products.

We source products from various vendors in India and other countries, which are unique and are selected by a team of art lovers.

Our aim is to build a platform to share ideas/suggestions/imagination for home decorating ideas and connect people with related products and services.

We are looking for an equally excited and self-motivated individual to help us in Building our network of Vendors and manage relationship with existing vendors.

Skills :

Mandatory :

- Experience in vendor on-boarding, this will include searching relevant vendors, initiating talks, negotiating, ordering, payment etc.

- Should have good communication skills

- Should be able to work independently and manage the whole process end-to-end

- Excellent writing skills

- Great with MS-Office, search engines, yellow pages, social media etc. basically everything required to find the vendor we need.

- Should love art and Home-Decor products

What we expect :

- Understand the company goals and product range.

- Dedication in finding the perfect product and smoothly getting the vendor onboard.

- Share a common vision and contribute with amazing ideas for the product.

- Handle the process single-handed, team will be added as we grow.

- Build back-end tools to automate business processes.

- Experience in e-commerce/Internet start up.

Qualifications :

- Does not matter, if you can get the job done.

Compensation : ESOP

- No salary is attached with the profile. Only equity is on Offer
