Job Brief : - As part of the Product Management team, you will be the bridge between the technical, business and design teams. - This role is inherently cross-functional and you will work closely with multiple business, engineering, operations, and finance teams to research, conceive, design, develop and deliver products that create excitement. Job Description : - Responsible for building P2P lending platform and its overall framework with the technical team. - Manage product structuring and P2P lending process. - Should be updated with day-to-day market knowledge with respect to product and compliance in the P2P lending space. - Responsible for preparing and owning the P&amp;L for the P2P product. - Will be accountable for marketing strategy and pitching the P2P product. Desired Candidate Profile (Qualification, Work Experience, Skills) : - Graduate/Post-Graduate from a good B-School (Preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking and/or NBFC. - Prior work-experience in P2P Lending experience must (min. 2 years). - Must have a product level exposure with good understanding of over all product structure and P2P lending process. - Should have prior experience in building P2P lending platform and its overall framework with the technical team. - Must have very good analytical skills and communication skills. - Must have a mindset to work with an agile start up environment and understand the work demands.
