You must have experience in raising funds from Fund of Funds, family offices, UHNI- s, HNI's - both in domestic and international markets. She/ he will lead fundraising eventually for the Renewable energy fund. - You must be willing to work in a startup environment &amp; go that extra mile to work beyond the KPIs - You should have experience of working as a private client advisor or investment counselor with large private bank or private wealth advisory firm - You must be willing to travel domestically and internationally Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Create a defined fundraising plan &amp; strategy in discussion with the senior management team for fundraising from the fund of funds, family offices and UHNI- s, HNI's in both in domestic and international markets - Originate &amp; close leads for potential investors into the fund - Researching and maintaining profiles on existing investors and potential leads on Pipedrive and other software used by the Fund - Meeting investors and scheduling meeting of the senior management team with the potential investors - Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, roadshows, conferences, workshops, and other business development activities - Coordinating and completing the due diligence formalities of the potential investors before their investment - Working with the potential investors in completing the legal formalities - Assisting in investor relations by providing them periodic information relating to the Fund and the portfolio companies - Produce detailed action plans on specific areas of responsibility outlined above, identifying areas for growth and development, outlining measurable objectives - Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets - Assisting existing portfolio companies in their fundraising objective Behavioral Strengths: - Outstanding communication skills - Self-starter with good analytical skills - Strong networking &amp; relationship skills - Strong business development and relationship management skills - Demonstrated an ability to work independently, coupled with solid team skills too Technical Strengths: - Understanding legal &amp; compliance framework of the financial sector - Superior research and business/financial analysis skills - Exceptional presentation skills We have luring performance-based incentives for the entrepreneurial mindsets who can demonstrate a consistent track record.
