Duties & Responsibilities : New Relationships - Develop and build new strategic partnerships with Banks and NBFCs. - Work aggressively on fundraise from new lenders for closing lending lines for the company as per assigned business targets - Explore newer structures for off balance sheet financing and expanding supply of funds for Company's operations Existing Relationships - Manage the existing relationships within defined engagement contours to achieve company targets/goals & ensure client/customer satisfaction. - Exploring new business ideas from current relationships to enhance the business volumes. Finding new ways to enhance engagement with lenders - Ensuring that current business relationships are maintained as per defined terms & business expectations - Raising timely Invoices at defined frequency to lender followed by timely release of due payments - Conducting reconciliation of portfolio - Risk monitoring of respective portfolio - Ensuring implementation of Tech solutions and Integrations between company and lender systems - Organizing periodic SteerCom with lenders for seamless engagement General : - Updating lenders about the latest developments and share insights about the market and company's cutting edge technology - Liaison with internal stakeholders for any support, updates, requirements to be closed with lenders in expected timelines - Should have good data analysis skillset. - Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events - Supports the management in effective financial management - Forecasting of P&L, BS & Cash flow statement (Business Plan/Annual Operating Plan) - Monitors financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance - Preparation of various financial and non-financial reports for Management, Board and Shareholders - Performs various analysis as required to support the business and its leaders Must Have : - MBA in Finance with 5-8 years of experience in operational finance function with 4-5 years as Manager - Understanding of process, policies regulatory framework around BFSI/Lending Industry. - Knowledge of financial products (rural/micro) & Fintech Lending Business - Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - BFSI, Micro Credit, FinTech experience is expected - Immediate joiners preferred.
