Art Director - Gaming Company

Skills and Experience Desired:

- 9+ years of industry experience from art and design background Experienced in leading digital projects, which includes design and development of gaming apps.

- Implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative game development environment.

- Team Player. Work easily with everyone from designer to developer to researcher and support teammates to deliver good work on time

- Understand front-end development for websites and/or web app

- Think creatively and develop new concepts keeping Global standards in mind.

- Strong presentation, communication, leadership, organizational and time-management skills

- You love to solve problems, plan schedules, follow timelines, and pay attention to details

- Build a learning environment within the art team and implement processes of artistic research

- Very cool under pressure and fast paced environment

- 10 + years of industry experience from art and design background

- Experienced in leading digital projects, which includes design and development of gaming apps

- A degree in arts, strategic design, interaction design, communication design from NID, IDC, JJ School will be an added advantage
