Art Director- For large E-commerce Fashion Industry

- Work with internal and external teams to deliver Key Visuals and assets for product launches within timelines

- Create marketing assets across the board, from digital to print, that are in line with overall business strategy

- Ideate and present exciting themes for photoshoots and mood films

- Brainstorm with the larger creative team on campaign & content ideas

- Mentor juniors to teach them best practices and take their efficiency and skills up a notch

- A visual-led portfolio, with strong design and typography skills

- Demonstrated skills in photo-editing & image manipulation

- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

- A very strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and platforms

- Previous experience with conceptualizing photoshoots

- Having worked on fashion brands previously is a plus

- Experience in visual motion design (AfterEffects) is a plus
