Art Director - Creative/Design

You will:

- Determine the overall vision of the product and articulate that to the team.

- Lay down and define the pipeline for creation of the project.

- Create, define and own the overall design and direct others who develop artwork or layouts.

- Work closely with the team to create designs, illustrations, graphics and mocks in line with the product principles for approval.

- Manage and align the art/design team with the product vision and help bring it to life.

- Find the best artistic and technical solutions to problems that come in the way of realizing the final vision of the product.

- Understanding and an ability to articulate the latest fashion trends in the market for a varied TG.

- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
