- Post Qualification (CA) with 3 - 6 years of experience in Corporate/ Project Finance on raising funds through Debt & Equity route.  - Reconciliation and monitoring of Loan Accounts and Interest liability, accounting entries at Branch and HO level.  - Preparation of periodical information and reports to Banks/ FIs/ NBFCs, etc. Ensure compliance of periodical submissions to Banks, MSOD, QIS, FFR, Cash and Fund Flow statements, etc.  - Preparation and evaluation of Project reports, preparation of projected Cash and Fund flow statements, CMA data, financial ratio analysis, etc.  - Should be able to independently handle LIE, LLC; Valuers, Stock, Concurrent, Internal Audits & Statutory Auditors, TEV Consultants, Rating Agencies, etc.  - Preparation & submission of Financial Models, documents for tying-up of Finance facilities, getting the appraisal completed by Lenders/ Investors/ other Financial stakeholders and obtaining Sanctions/ approvals for/ and release of Cost effective Funds/ facilities management.  - Dealing with Banks, FIs, Investors & other Finance stake holders for raising/ tying-up of Project finance, Working Capital (Fund and Non-Fund based) and other kinds of Finance facilities, branch related financial queries.  In depth knowledge, understanding and application of :   - Financing through structured products & its application to the requirements of the Company.  - Policy, procedures, regulatory framework including RBI, Banking Act, SEBI, FEMA, FTP/ EXIM rules.  - Knowledge of major Accounting Standards, preparation and finalization of financial statements such as Balance sheet, Profit & loss A/c, schedules thereof, notes to accounts, with thorough understanding of accounts & financial statements, in-depth analysis of the same, assisting the Accounts team for Finalization of Accounts.  - Day to day Banking and accounting for processing of payments and preparation of daily management reports  - The incumbent must have proficient domain knowledge, should be conceptually strong with an eye for details demonstrating very strong and excellent analytical skills.  - Should be a team player, highly organized with flexibility as to hours during busy periods, adaptability to changing priorities and capacity to handle multiple responsibilities, handle pressure of workloads and meet deadlines.  - Should be result oriented with high aptitude to learn and excel, should have effective oral / written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization.  - Fluency and hands on experience in IT skills - ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other office productivity software's.
