Sales Head - Understand the existing clients and maintain the accounts from a business perspective. - Have close interactions with the Engineering teams to understand current capabilities regarding technologies and skills. - Present an analysis to senior leadership from time to time on current business opportunities pan India and US. - Have regular communications with clients and understand and find scope for extending and expanding the team and headcount . - Participate in Org level Strategic meetings and contribute new ideas. - Understand current work and organization culture proactively suggest changes if required for betterment. - Prepare and present weekly / monthly and quarterly sales and market analysis reports. - Present a well planned approach for future sales quarters and ways to achieve them. - Finding new avenues of revenue. And Ideas on building new technology vertices. - Prepare and present current technologies being worked and the organization's capabilities to prospective clients. - Take Ownership of POCs and existing products of the organization and in demonstrating them to prospective customers / clients. - Build an efficient team under him for achieving greater heights. - Give presentations and seminars to all employees regarding trends in global space. - Help the employees in attending ( technical discussion ) as part of presales. - Create Statement of Work, Agreements, NDAs for clients. - Understand current market rates for resources and use them during sales pitches.
