Position : Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager

Reporting to :

Head - Strategic Initiatives

Location : Head Office, Kolkata

Core Responsibility :

- Key role for conceptualizing initiatives to achieve & exceed organizational growth in line with Plan. All strategic initiatives need to be well-planned, initiated and tracked to completion within pre-defined timelines.

JOB PROFILE :

Technical :

- Analyze and understand current industry overview and macro environment with a special focus upcoming trends and innovations and how Company can be ahead of the curve. Have a pulse on existing procedures and policies with a focus on whats next for the Company.

- Designing Strategic Business Plan, Financial Projections, Budget along with periodic review and revisions

- Track progress of the Company with respect to Companys strategic plan and suggest changes and course corrections as necessary.

- Explore new opportunities for the company in line with its Strategic Plan

- Evaluating performance of the enterprise and various functions, charting action plans for improvement and coordinating implementations

- Managing key strategic initiatives undertaken by the company

- Co-ordination with various departments on formulating, implementing, evaluating and monitoring various strategic initiatives. Help present the same to the Senior Management as well the Board Members as required.

- Innovative thinking to recognize problems and challenges and suggest ideas derived from Data, Creating Plans and making Projects Go-Live from those plans for existing challenges or newer innovations

- Actively participate in different fund raising efforts including handling Due Diligence queries, Internal and External Liaison

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :


1. MBA from a reputed institute

2. 9-10 years of Experience within the space of financial inclusion (direct experience of project implementation, operations, consulting etc. shall be preferred)

3. Strong quantitative and financial analytical skills (strong command over Advanced MS Excel, MS Powerpoint mandatory)

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills (drafting reports/notes, creating presentations, communicating efficiently with senior management)
