JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DETAILS:

Position title: Senior Manager / Manager

Department: Treasury

Reports to: GM Finance

Location: HO (Kolkata)

Band / Grade: L4

Reports directly to: GM

Finance Reports indirectly to: CFO

JOB SUMMARY:

1. Relationship management with various lenders/bankers/investors/credit rating agencies. Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to investors/lenders/other stakeholders

2. Preparing loan proposals for term loan/cash credit lines/ECBs/NCDs/Tier-II Capital/off-balance sheet funding and other instruments

3. Prepare payout reports for Securitization, Direct Assignment transactions

4. Development and regular update of treasury software

5. Surveillance and enhancement of Credit rating of the company.

6. Participate in due diligence exercise for any equity infusion

7. Preparation of various MIS reports and presentation for management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Particulars Time Allocation (%)

- Relationship management with various lenders/bankers/investors/credit rating agencies.

- Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to investors/lenders/other stakeholders 45%

- Preparing loan proposals for term loan/cash credit lines/ECBs/NCDs/Tier-II Capital/off- balance sheet funding and other instruments 25%

- Prepare payout reports for Securitization, Direct

- Assignment transactions 5%

- Development and regular update of treasury software 10%

- Surveillance and enhancement of Credit rating of the company 5%

- Participate in due diligence exercise for any equity infusion 5%

- Preparation of various MIS reports and presentation for management 5%

JOB PROFILE:

1 Technical Competency Description:

- Working with different Software MS Office, Tally, R Software, FIS etc.

- Strong understanding of financials Understanding of financials and operational parameters

- Team player Strong coordination skills, maintaining relationship with various lenders/bankers/investors/credit rating agencies.

- Timelines Ability to work under pressure and in tight timelines

- Data Savvy Ability to work through large amounts of data and numbers to get the desired result

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

- Completion of tasks within allotted time

- Communication and presentation skills

- Ability to answer queries from external parties

- Lender interaction to be cordial and firm

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA

Minimum Experience: 5-8 Years

Skills: Understanding of financials, MS Office, any statistical software, Communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Competencies required:

- Analytical mind, eyes for details, understanding of financials

- Communication and presentation skills

- Ownership and ability to work under pressure and in tight timelines

- Strong coordination skills, maintaining relationship with various lenders/bankers/investors/credit rating agencies.
