Arohan Financial Services - Operations Manager

Candidates from Banking or NBFC Industry, having an experience in unsecured lending need to apply.

As an- Operations Manager, you will be handling all processing, control, monitoring and admin functions for the Retail Lending division including:

1. Login, Review and update the customer loan files,

2. Checking of loan applications for eligibility criteria,

3. Preparing disbursement booklet as per sanction and ensure proper adherence of standard operating procedure in all disbursement,

4. Review signed loan documents to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy,

5. Ensure strict adherence of RBI guidelines on KYC,

6. Co-ordinate with the Credit, Sales, Accounts and collections team for all operational purposes,

7. Reconciliation of the disbursement bank accounts and collection accounts,

8. Computation of payment schedules, tracking of EMI receipts and checking of stipulated credit in the loan account,

9. Handling customer queries and ensure furnishing account statement as and when reuired by the client,

10. Reporting to CIBIL and upload of NACH mandates to Banks,

11. Prepare party wise collection reports

12. Checking of fee invoices

13. Monitoring portfolio level Days-Past-Due (DPD) thresholds and preparing MIS reports,

14. Having hands on experience of working in Core banking system for seamless process,

15. Should be a team player,

16. Generating all mis and sharing the same with all stake holders,

17. Timely updation of all relevance as well as new IT software and hardware,

18. In charge of audit and resolving it queries in time to the satisfaction of the audit team,

19. Signing off all payments.
