As a Location Head, you will need to handle the following:
1. Strong Analytical and Judgmental capabilities, communication skills, knowledge of a wide range of Retail Loan Products.
2. Experience in the self employed segment, SME, retail sectors.
3. Knowledge of E Commerce, interest in learning technology, change/innovation acceptance.
4. Responsible for- business- development of the allotted area, ensuring- sales- targets are met as per the projection. Weekly monitoring of the assigned disbursement.
5. Identify and develop distribution channels and- areas- of opportunity to expand.
6. To lead by example and set up, inspire a large team towards a culture of hard work, customer delight, performance above all, continuous learning, efficiency and thinking BIG
7. Enabling- business- growth by developing and managing a team of- Sales Managers, RM's- and FOS for deeper market penetration & reach.
8. Ensure quality of portfolio: Be on the lookout for stress signs in the client operations / activity and address them. Monitor portfolio - work closely with the collection- manager/Legal team and ensure recoveries.
9. Recruitment, Motivation, Training, Guiding, Attrition Control of the teams to accomplish set revenue and- business- targets.
10. Implementing- business- practices and deploying company strategies and programs.
11. Explore new avenues for growth along with new set-ups.
12. Planning and implementing promotional activities to create brand visibility and penetrate market.
13. Identify cross sell opportunities
14. Responsible for area / location profitability.
15. Technology to be the key driver and digitizing every possible activity.
