JOB SUMMARY
The person shall be responsible for micro finance business process analysis, design and optimization to enable routine delivery of exceptional performance. Focused on delivering positive business results, establishing and improving business processes to improve reliability, increase simplicity and enable growth. Ensure redundancies are removed.
Job Profile
Key Responsibility Description
Business Process (40%)
1. Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve TAT by reducing redundancies, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
2. Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame
3. Develop/co-ordinate performance excellence / performance improvement vision and deployment planning as defined by the Executive Committee
4. Achieve buy-in from all stakeholders for the successful application of performance excellence / performance improvement.
5. Create team processes for optimizing results.
6. Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
7. Achieve Quality Certification for the Operations
Business Expansion (20%)
1. Lead the Central Taskforce at HO to facilitate New Branch Opening (NBO)
2. Track the NBO at all steps in the critical path
3. Set the performance metrics for New Branches and monitor the same
Business Efficiency (40%)
1. Assess, track and report financial benefits of Business Excellence projects
2. Track business unit wise (Branch/RO/ZO; products; verticals) performance against business objectives and suggest changes
3. Anchor and steer Performance Improvement for employees; products, verticals
4. Monitor concentration risk and flag breaches (portfolio, employee etc)
3. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Qualification: MBA
Experience:
- Approx. 8 years, Atleast 2 years of Experience in Microfinance in last 5 years
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS office, excellent communication skills, Project Management and Analytical Skills
