Data Analyst for Armman - Leading Not for profit in Mother and Child Health

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to draw insights from data which directly impacts program deliveries, costs, outcomes and impact. Responsibilities broadly include :

- Working with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each department/ vertical. Work with management team to create a prioritized list of metrics/needs for each business segment.

- Generating regular/ on demand data/reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Looking at the numbers, trends, and data and come to recommend ways to optimizing funds, reducing costs, increasing service efficiencies etc

- Using data to depict trends in the beneficiary base and population as a whole.

Candidate requirements:

- 3+ years in a data analyst role

- Experience in business intelligence tools like Tableau

- Qualifications such as a BS in Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science are desired

- Strong Excel skills and mathematical ability

- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, self starter.
