Position: Assistant Manager - Data Analytics and Quality Assurance

Location: Mumbai

Project: mMitra

The Assistant Manager - Data Analytics and Quality Assurance person will work closely with the Program Management Team. He/She will be reporting to the Director, mMitra Program. He / She will be responsible for analysis and visualization of data.

ARMMAN started as a result of the experiences of Founder, Chairperson and Managing Trustee, Dr Aparna Hegde, who is a practicing Uro-Gynecologist. The realization that timely information is crucial for saving lives of pregnant mothers and their newborns, led to the conception of technology based information service. We strive to identify gaps in both health service delivery system and community health care seeking practices, and address these gaps by adopting multi-sectoral evidence based approach.

Our mission is to design and implement sustainable interventions to reduce maternal, neonatal and child mortality and morbidity in underprivileged urban and rural communities in India.

mMitra is a free mobile voice call service that provides culturally appropriate comprehensive information on preventive care and simple interventions to reduce maternal and infant mortality and morbidity in urban slums of Mumbai. The voice calls are in Hindi and Marathi, specific to the woman's gestational age or the age of the infant and are sent weekly/twice a week free of cost directly to their mobile phones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, Visualize and Interpret huge data that exists in our system

- Good with use of Tableau software

- Monitoring and Evaluation of programme through data analysis and statistics

- Write reports on Analytics of the program

- Apply statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information.

Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate- Preferred MSW/MBA

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Analytics preferred in the Development Sector. 3-4 years of experience of working with data. Experience of working with Tableau preferred also other tools such as Sata, SPSS, SQL, Q, Atlas TI will be good.
