Position: Ecommerce Business Lead
Purpose of the job:
- Lead the Ecommerce business and own the P&L to drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Formulate and execute a digital strategy for the organization to ensure growth in Paid marketing and achievement of long-term digital goals
Major Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Strategic:
- Develop a business plan to grow ecommerce business units to revenue & profitability
- Develop a strong team to achieve both efficiency & scale
Financial:
- Owns the ecommerce P&L, ensuring growth of Revenue
- Spearheading Sales / New Business
- Working closely with Finance / Account for both Billing & Collection
Operational:
- Manage ecommerce business unit's operation to ensure efficient delivery, enhanced quality & healthy relationship with customers specifically with CXO's.
- Smooth cross team functioning processes - Content / Tech / SEO / IM / Creative / Social
Team:
- Training, growth, motivation, and success of the team
- Building a strong team & a affective succession plan
Key Result Areas:
1. Target Achievement - New to ARM business & Upsell
2. Retention of current customers
3. Staying ahead of the innovation curve and offering new ways of delivery
4. Retention of employees/team
Job Specification:
Education: Postgraduate/ MBA
- 10+ years of digital/ecommerce media planning and buying experience with hands on experience specifically with self-service media including paid search and social advertising; agency environment a plus.
