Job Description :

- The incumbent will be required to play a Key Role in the B2B space where in he/she should able to deal with the CFO's and Directors 's of the corporate and should be able to present the Cost Benefit Analysis to the corporate and is extremely good with numbers.

- The ideal candidate possesses strategic technical knowledge, and can succeed as a leader and monitor in a demanding and rewarding sales environment.

- Plan and perform B2B sales team.

- Candidate will drive new client acquisition by building and developing senior-level client contacts, setting the sales strategy and negotiating with the client for profitable new, cross sell and expansion business.

- Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting.

- Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead client discussions to advance the sales process.

- Maintain existing accounts for renewal, and acquire new clients through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.

- Build and manage sales pipeline to drive new client acquisition & achieve annual sales target. Candidate should be extremely good with Numbers and conducting Cost Benefit Analysis with the Key Decision Makers in the corporate.

- Success in this role is measured by achieving sales targets and by demonstrating strong consulting/analytical and thought leadership skills.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- The person should have at least 7 - 11 years of professional Business-to-Business sales experience (preferably in /financial services/consulting) with strategic & consultative selling and negotiation skills to sell corporate accounts at decision making level.

- Very good communication and presentation skills at all client levels.

- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

- Strong research, analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent PowerPoint, excel Skills

- MBA in Marketing / Finance will be preferred.
