Aristocrat Technologies - Team Manager - Techno-Managerial Role

Technical Languages:

- B. Tech. / BE / MCA /M. Tech. in Computer Science with 13 - 16 years of relevant experience.Must have handled team size of 15+ .

- Good C & C++ programming skills.(Major experience should be in C++), Graphics Libraries: DirectX, OpenGl, OpenGL ES, Game Engines: Unreal, Torque, GameBryo, irrilicht etc.

- Good Linux development & debugging experience

- Exposure to Embedded Software, Device Drivers, Protocol Stacks, Networking & Graphics

- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

- Experience with and using 3rd party software development tools.

Software Designing Experience:

- Experience with design and development of highly available and scalable multi-tiered distributed applications.

- Proven track record of completing projects on-time and to specification.

- Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum.

- Mastery of object oriented design methodologies

- Must have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.

Communication Skills

- Able to communicate ideas to the business effectively both in written and verbal forms

- Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team oriented.

- Team Management

- Should be competent to manage a large team.

- Experience with resource allocation and utilization
