Aristocrat Technologies - Project Manager

- The candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of assigned portfolio of projects and / or programs and ensure on time delivery, to agreed scope and within budget

- The role also requires experience of managing multiple projects in large volumes and stakeholders of project professionals work in a distributed team environment

Major Responsibilities :

- Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with global teams in defining execution project plans for mid-sized projects in large volume

- Coordinate, and collaborate with stakeholders in managing Scope, Schedule, Risk and Communication activities related to projects

- Monitor, maintain and report on project schedule and budgets (including monthly, weekly and actuals)

- Promote knowledge sharing across teams

Job Requirements :

- 8-10 years of extensive experience in project management in a global organization

- Good project-management skills including experience in planning, executing and controlling mid-size projects in large volume

- Demonstrated managerial experience to interact directly with senior management and technical staff at all levels

- Proven results working in a distributed team environment, where coordinating efforts across multiple teams was critical to success

- Ensure project related documentation is maintained in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Program Office methodology

- Manage and communicate program/project risks and issues

- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on progress of the programs/projects

- MBA degree is preferred

- PMP certification is preferred

- Candidates with "Gaming Software" and/or "Mobile Applications" experience will be highly regarded

- Strong interpersonal, communication and skills

- Strong "Program Management" background is highly desirable

- JIRA knowledge and experience is highly desirable
