Job Description Role purpose and contribution:

- Partner with the Business & the Global Talent & Capability team to create a holistic, integrated learning and development proposition that appropriately addresses the capability requirements of roles in AIDC.

Experience & Qualifications:

- A graduate or a graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline.

- Candidate should have 10-12 years of work experience in the fields of corporate setup.
