The incumbent is expected to lead the overall Employee Experience of the organization. The goal is to create a highly engaging work environment wherein each individual is connected with the brand and its ethos. Key HR focus areas will be:
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Implement the performance management system/cycle.
- Train the first line managers on performance review and coaching skills.
- Ensure performance issues are addressed, including consequence management.
- Directly link performance with rewards and administer the annual salary increase cycle
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT.
- Extend people agenda through employee coaching / counseling sessions, planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives across the teams.
- Design, develop and implement programs to continuously engage and motivate staff to achieve superior results
- Execute HR Connect initiatives (Open houses, one-on-one) to ensure constant interactions with employees and their respective superiors.
- Redress employee queries and grievances within the agreed turnaround time.
- Implement Fun at Workplace and other employee engagement activities.
- Work with key stakeholders for implementation and roll-out of various organizational building initiatives in their respective teams.
- Co-ordinate administration of the employee satisfaction survey and implementing of the recommendations emerging out of the exercise. 30/60/90 days of Employee Engagement intervention using people care plans
- Seek to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization
HR POLICIES
- Ensure creation and deployment of robust HR policies in line with the organizational philosophy
HR OPERATIONS
- Setting up SOPs for various HR processes
- Ensure complete statutory compliance through the empanelled vendor
- Oversee complete life cycle of an employee from joining to exit.
- Own employee database and records
- Oversee successful & accurate monthly payroll processing

Education & Experience
- Master's Degree in Human Resources
- 6 years of experience in managing the HR function preferably in a generalist profile
