Hour coverage: Being flexible with hours to engage different stakeholders in different timezones.

Job Description Summary :

The Client Success Managers prime responsibility is to partner with our key internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement to Concur and ERP software that enhances their Accounts Payable experience. The role will entail significant Concur and ERP System Administration and Configuration experience to support the system expansion to regions. This will involve complex global organisation setup.

Concur Modules covered include:

- Expense, Expense Pay Invoice, Vendor Master, Purchase Requisition Travel Intelligence (Reporting) Budget Employee Uploads and Extracts

- As a Client Success Manager the role will gather functional and business requirements from key internal stakeholders and translate into functional solutions according to needs and scope. The role will proactively advise the internal customers on how to maximise Concur and their D365 application in particular with integration with Concur around Accounts Payable. This will involve working on small projects and continuous improvement work, Testing, and some configuration.

- The role will involve maintaining the relationship with Concur and IT on D365 and keep abreast of new enhancements, feature developments as well as functionality to improve the AP services across Aristocrat.

- The role will predominantly support initiatives and projects with a view of expansion of AP services across the Aristocrat Group including the expansion of Concur as a global workflow system and D365.

- This will involve working collaboratively with key stakeholders to enable the Concur and D365 expansion, engage with IT around the integration into different systems (Workday and ERPs). Ensure the smooth function of ERP enhancements via contribute to improvements and core testing of enhancements.

Job Requirements :

- Drive the cross regional collaboration leveraging best practices of AP processes and software usage to deliver results that exceed customer satisfaction.

- Standardise and globalise process further using LEAN and process improvement tools and techniques. Having had some background or experience as a practitioner in prior roles.

- Building effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to seek feedback on current AP services, software features, with a view to making improvements to processes as well as facilitate software enhancements.

- Formulate and execute the current and future AP strategy to deliver superior customer experiences. Socialise and continually evolve the strategy with key stakeholders.

- You will build out our stakeholder network by analysing, engaging, and maximising opportunities to improve the efficiency of their processes. Success in this role will be the design of innovative enhancements to the tools that generate improved efficiencies enabling long term user advocacy.

- Your focus will be on identifying opportunities for product utilisation and being the subject matter expert for our users to operate and grow using Concur.

- Responsible for managing the global template/baseline configuration and display the ability to configure specific features and functionality at a Local level.

- Create of Global Client T&E Process Template and promote client template positioning and adherence during the deployments.

- Take ownership of all aspects of D365 Accounts Payable modules, working with the business stakeholders to gather feedback and take that feedback to IT for development. The role may involve producing some guides and training materials as well as deliver some training to the business.

- The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and helping our users achieve their desired goals.

- Develop the global strategy on concur and D365 expansion globally through keeping a pulse on the Business. Engage with Senior leaders on the Concur expansion strategy. Participate in the Concur and D365 global expansion.

- Provide consultation to key internal stakeholders and potential new areas on enhancing Concur & D365 to improve internal controls and improve usage and adoption.

- Enhancement of Concur & D365 features to maximise the value and streamline business processes.

- In-depth understanding of the following processes: invoice processing, payment processing, vendor enquiries, vendor master data setup and maintenance, Expenses & Corporate Credit Card, Travel,

Concur administration, ERP integrations, intranet maintenance.

- Identifies, sponsors, or leads initiatives to support finance transformation to drive more efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the Accounts Payable team, including supporting robotics, BI and other automation/technology driven programs. Supports external audit requirements by preparation of requested audit information, including process walk-throughs, sample evidence, analytics and responding to audit queries.

- Undertaken number of expenses and AP transformation projects. Experience in on-boarding new businesses is valued.

- Worked with both in house and externally hosted finance systems. Experience in finance system implementations would be an advantage.

- Support key business priority projects.

- Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative/technical success

- Ability to perform issue identification, communications, and resolutions for moderately complex issues.

- Ability to set up credit card feeds, validate feed connectivity, and plan & execute credit card related cut-over task.

- Ability to create and deliver functional documentation, such as CID, T&E policies and process documentation.

- Be familiar with key fields and formats of all key integrations from and to SAP Concur - employee import, list import (for cost objects), attendee import, and standard accounting extract. Additional expertise on integration points, formats or transfer mechanisms is favourable, but not mandatory.

Cognos report design capabilities (Analytics and/or Intelligence) is a plus.

- Functional Trainings (internal and external): ability to provide various levels of training to client team (back-office, system admin, configuration training and specific SAP Concur role trainings)

Work effectively with peers, other departments, and management.

- Be aware of and comply with all company policies.

Qualifications :

- Significant Concur System Configuration experience (Expert level).

- 4 years of total experience in SAP Concur Implementation and Production Support preferred Solid commercial experience in using D365.

- Degree qualified in an accounting related or similar field.

- LEAN Six Sigma skills with at least 3 years of practitioner experience.

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar leadership role.

- Prior experience in client-facing role

- Functional consulting experience preferred.

- Successful experience working directly with clients to resolve complex implementation issues.

- Experience in a global organisation with multi-regional teams and processes

- Lead change initiatives across the team to support process improvement.

- Willing to challenge the status quo.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including management of multiple deliverables to tight deadlines.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills (Ability to communicate and write emails in proficient business English)

- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow-up system to ensure timely and accurate handling of information requests.

- Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.

- Excellent organisational and planning skills

- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, in particular Microsoft Excel
