Aristocrat Technologies - Head - Games

Role purpose and contribution:

- As our Head of Games you will be responsible for leading the Games team in our site at Noida with the goal of ensuring we deliver high quality games on time in collaboration with global stakeholders. Reporting to the Director Games - AIDC, you will manage and lead a team to deliver this portfolio

Experience/ Qualifications / Key Competencies:

- A Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering. An MBA will be a plus

- A minimum of fifteen years techno managerial experience in a product company managing engineering teams, including a proven track record of success in senior management positions (Must have)

- Fundamental experience in leading large teams working on projects based on C++

- Advanced Commercial Acumen and Strategic Thinking skills

- Experience in working in an offshore / onshore development model with significant experience in managing global stakeholders

- A background in gaming will be advantageous (Good to have)

- Hands on expertise in Agile / Scrum Methodologies /SDLC

- Emotional intelligence to engage and drive change with a variety of stakeholders in a diverse environment that requires you to be accountable, solution focussed and collaborative.
