About the candidate :

Education & Experience :

- Any Graduates with Masters Business Administration (MBA) qualification

- At least 6 plus years- experience in Presales activities in IT,SaaS and Hosting

Skills : (Technical Skill / Non-Technical Skills) :

- Strong background and work experience in Presales

- Domain expertise - Life Sciences IT/SaaS/Hosting

- Excellent skills in documentation

- Excellent computer skills and MS office tools: excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint and Visio

- Excellent communication and Presentation skills

- Leadership skills

Competencies : (Competencies requirement for the candidate to perform the task) :

- At least 6 plus years experience in Presales activities

- Must have experience of working in a IT services environment

- Previous experience in a professional services company is a plus

- Must have excellent documentation skills

- Must be multi-tasking and detail oriented

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong interpersonal and presentation skills

- Must have the ability to understand and communicate complex requirements to a varied audience

- Must be able to work as a part of a team as well as independently

- Life Sciences Industry experience is a plus

- SOW preparation and Contract management

Roles & Responsibility : (Main areas of responsibility and roles to be performed) :

Support the Services Proposal/Contract/SOW process :

- Experience and ability to handle RFI and RFP queries. Must coordinate with various stake holders to complete RFI and RFP.

- Track and manage pending requests from Sales for services proposals

- Maintain services pipeline report

- Experience and ability to prepare Proposal and Contractual documents.

- Can participate in deep technical meetings with customers

- Ability to handle customer meetings

- Ability to craft and sell solutions on the basis of uncovered business needs.

- Ability to build deep relationships/engagement across levels and functions

- Excellent ability to see trends and patterns, sense opportunity based on understanding of the dynamics of a business

- Able to help qualifying a sales opportunity

- Has the ability to assess a customer's business problem and recommend appropriate solutions

- Statement of Work preparation, tracking and filing

- Contribute to Presales Process

Support Finance Management :

- Update monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals

- Reconciling monthly activity, generating year-end reports

- Prepare short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.

- Managing the day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using quick base and SAP system

- Coordinate with Finance team
