Impact :

As the Lead - HR & TA on ARI's India team you are taking on the challenge of driving the Human Resources and Recruiting functions for ARI's growing product development center based in Gurgaon, India. This is an independent contributor role and expected to grow along with the organization.

- You will work closely with ARI's India Managing Director/VP, Engineering management, and our US HR team, to manage and execute all HR and Recruiting related functions of the India subsidiary. You will need to earn the respect of all stakeholders for your depth of knowledge, ethics, attention to detail, and ability to make the most of available resources. In our highly cross-functional environment, you also need to be an excellent collaborator, communicator and hands-on in your approach.

Responsibilities :

- Able to work independently in a hands-on manner and with the attitude of doing what is required to achieve goals.

Human Resources functions incl.:

- Employee engagement;

- Policies & processes;

- Payroll & benefits;

- Training, career development, performance reviews;

- Employee master data, systems, & all documentation;

- HR compliance/labor laws;

- Reporting on HR metrics;

- Company/team culture, employee wellbeing, activities etc.;

- Compensation & benefits benchmarking, employee retention etc.;

- On-boarding & off-boarding;

- Employer branding and social media outreach.

Recruitment:

- Sourcing of Technical & Business talent directly as well as working with recruitment partners;

- Driving the end to end process incl. interviews, negotiation & offer;

- Ad-hoc HR & Recruiting related projects as assigned by management.

The role will report to the VP & MD - India

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree from a well-recognized/accredited university. Master's Degree in Human Resources discipline from a well-recognized/accredited university.

- Minimum relevant experience of 8 years in the Human Resources function.

- Minimum experience of 3 years working in a technology company (Software, IT services etc.);

- Articulate and possessing strong English verbal and written skills. In addition to coordinating with the team in India, he/she will coordinate with colleagues in the US and other company locations;

- Flexible and able to meet set deadlines;

- Attention to detail and ability to produce a very high quality of all deliverables, documentation, etc.;

- Emphasis on confidentiality and having high ethical standards;

- Strong negotiation and facilitation skills. Ability to think on his/her feet and operate smartly;

- Ability to juggle multiple requirements, priorities and stretch as per work demands. Must have a positive demeanor; handle pressure well, and make a solid impression in all interactions;

- Track record of employment stability. An individual who believes in playing for the long term;

- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills as well as the ability to motivate others.

- Expert user of MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
