Leading and globally reputed Tech company are looking to hire Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) for its Pune, Maharashtra office. Please consider applying only if - You have a notice period of 30 days or less (Immediate joiners will be preferred) - You are a - PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Role & Responsibilities : - Liaise with business/technology teams to understand the functional domain and requirements - Effective delivery of the software using best practices of development, design, testing and deployment - Actively participate in design, development and testing of the target industry framework(s) in Pega 7 - Be familiar with PEGA Rules PRPC, Pega Rules Commander Industry. - Provide troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, develops and tests fixes and migrates solution. - Effective and efficient use including Hands on experience with Pega Systems - Collaborate and work with local and global teams effectively - Own the complete delivery of the assigned modules/systems - Building solid development practices which can work on these key initiatives. Mandatory Requirements - 9-13 years of IT experience with n-tier, database and client server design/development - 5+ years of professional experience in PEGA - Bachelors Degree in IT or related discipline - Previous experience as PEGA Lead System Architect or Senior System Architect - Hands on experience with case management, Integrations, UI, Flows and Agents, automated testing and PEGA administration - Successful experience with Pega 7+ version, Oracle Databases/SQL, Unix & Architecture Experience - Should have strong hold on computer science fundamentals like Data structures and object-oriented programming - Excellent communication and problem solving skills - PEGA CSSA certification
