Arenja Holdings - Executive Assistant to Head - Clinical Operations

Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA

The EA to Head of Clinical Operations/ Medical Director, will help build systems to improve Clinic Operational performance. The person would create a structure to enable our team of doctors further sharpen patient outcomes through a decision making process - that is data and evidence based. The key purpose of this role is to assist Senior Management.

The candidate needs to use Interpersonal Skills, Judgement and an Analytical Mindset to provide insights and suggestions that enhance decision making.

The Executive Assistant would need to get involved and comfortable with the medical practice and understanding patient data.

The role gives a candidate company-wide understanding of the business, High quality exposure to strategy, In-depth understanding of the process of execution and experience the impact of work done across the entire organization.

1. Supports the Head Clinical Operations/Medical director in establishing, refining and implementing rigor to clinic operations management.

2. Performs analysis of existing data to provide suggestions on strategy and tactical matters.

3. Leverages a working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, Data Warehousing and Analytics to identify and implement improvements across the organization.

4. Manages and implementsclinical and business dashboards.

5. Works with the Leadership Team to manage and drive High Impact projects by maintaining timelines, documentation, and measuring impact in an on-going fashion.

1-3 years of experience in business operations.

Exposure to managing projects.

Interested in data and analytics.

Qualification: MBA
