- ARENJA RETAIL, A portfolio of retail showrooms, in collaboration with Tanishq, India's leading jewellery retailer.

Tanishq is India's largest, most desirable and fastest growing jewellery brand in India. Started in 1995, Tanishq is the jewellery business group of Titan Industries Ltd - promoted by the TATA group.

- We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager to organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores.

- You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.

- Effective Area Business Managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a strategic mind-set and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Local Marketing Initiatives and Generate walk-ins.

2. Stock Turn, AMC.

3. Store Profitability of all Branches.

4. Franchisee Management - Manage the current showroom networks and identify opportunities for network expansion.

5. Competition/Competitor Mapping.

6. Creating fans for life & drive better customer engagement.

7. Coordination with merchandising / ISCM team ensure product availability on time including customer orders.

8. Staff training and motivation.

9. Coordinating with Commercials, Shoppers, etc. for smooth functioning.

Job Requirement :

1. Proven experience as Area Business Manager, store manager or similar managerial role

2. Knowledge of Merchandising, Customer Engagement.

3. Knowledge on retail metrics and retail store Finance / Profitability

5. Post-Graduation or Master's in Business Administration / Management

Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Store Retail Sales
