KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical guidance on site as required and resolve the stuck project to revive Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines, cost safety and quality parameters.
- Interpret drawings/ designs & ensure that these are accurately translated into execution.
- Track project Cost to meet budget (top line & bottom line)
- Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Analyse the feasibility of the project - Commercially and technically to revive the stuck project.
- Review and approve processes and work of construction, coordination with purchase.
- Coordination between all stakeholders like Liaison, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Will be responsible for Site Management and day to day site Operations for the given project.
- Ensure all statutory compliances are maintained up to date at sites and other parties such as contractors also adhere to the required statutory compliances.
- Assist where required in the selection of local vendors and contractors/sub-contractors
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors
KEY SKILLS:
- Ability to quickly analyse and act upon project demands.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in construction (Labor laws / municipal regulations etc.)
- Excellent administration & execution skills.
Education & Experience Requirement :
- B.E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering preferably with a project management qualification
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
